MCDONALD’S CELEBRATES AND HONORS WOMEN AT
ESSENCE FESTIVAL

For 14 years, McDonald’s® has served as a sponsor of the ESSENCE Festival® presented by Coca-Cola®. Our involvement with ESSENCE Festival and the New Orleans community is a way we extend service into the community. Being “Deeply Rooted in Your Community” is a top priority for McDonald’s.

We continue to raise the bar by bringing engaging activities to the ESSENCE Fest. Attendees can visit our Temple of Flavor booth at the Ernest Morial Convention Center Friday, June 30 through Sunday, July 2, and enjoy live performances, a selfie photo booth, nail bar and giveaways, including ESSENCE Fest concert tickets and the McDonald’s tote bag. For the first time, McDonald’s will host a late-night party, The Midnight Mix on Saturday, July 1.

We’ll also host the 14th annual McDonald’s 365Black® Awards with the ESSENCE Festival. McDonald’s is taking a new twist on the awards this year by celebrating all female honorees. The Power of Inspiration Awards Luncheon is on Sunday, July 2 at the Ritz-Carlton.

McDonald’s has been dedicated neighbors in the communities we serve for more than 60 years. We are devoted to remaining Deeply Rooted in Your Community 365 days a year by honoring what’s important to our customers. We look forward to another great

ESSENCE Fest!
