SheaMoisture is partnering with House of Hair to present “Slay Through the Years” and “House of Hair”, two unique experiential destinations at NOLA during Essence Fest. “Slay Through the Years” honors our ancestral past of hair and history. Attendees immerse themselves into a time capsule hair salon, with old-school styling stations and a photo moment that transports them back to the age of hot combs on the stove and hooded dryers. It’s a time to look back and then look forward – to loudly celebrate who we are and how far we’ve come.
“House of Hair”, SheaMoisture’s themed pop-up shop, is an immersive space that encourages the community to come together to celebrate our cultural roots. Gather around the “kitchen table” for lively conversation and content creation, as well as escape NOLA’s steamy temperatures by recharging and refreshing at the brand’s aromatic “Beauty Hack” scrub stations.
